About Eava Theater
This one-of-a-kind multi-purpose event hall was originally established as a movie theater in the 1940's, and was subsequently used as a concert hall. After a complete face lift, this building features a modernized interior. The Eava Theater is a two story, 10,000 sq. ft building.
The first floor of the hall includes 5,500 sq.ft of open ballroom space topped off with a stage to present your talents. Commercial laminate flooring is laid throughout with 21' foot high ceilings. An elegantly decorative bar with two smart TVs, a conveniently size kitchen for catering use only, and a 600 sq. ft contemporary lounge with leather sectionals, chairs, and TVs are all mapped throughout the first floor. Additionally, two large restrooms are located on the ground level.
Moving to elevations, the second floor includes 2,700 sq. ft of space with two VIP rooms (each including a private balcony). The second floor also includes two beautifully decorated changing rooms and two spacious restrooms. 25-30 free parking spaces and street parking is available.
