With our Partini Concierge Service you can choose up to three (3) party planning services to be completed in three hours. If we estimate, based on initial consultation, that your event will require more time or staff, we will discuss with you prior to booking.
You may choose your services from the list. If what you need is not on the menu, don’t worry. We are sure we can make it happen.

Each additional service added to base package is $100.
Additional hours $50 per hour.

- Make and confirm reservations, delivery times and final headcounts.
- Vendor follow up for headcounts, menu review and confirmation, requests for updated invoices, and menu revisions.
- Local errand running and personal shopping.
- Assistance with scouting sources for your party including musicians, photographers, flowers, linen, rentals, caterers, transportation and parking, deejays and much more.
- Help with managing your guest list and seating arrangements.
- Timeline and budget creation.
- Thank you notes or emails.
- Providing support for your DIY projects.
- Creation of maps and directions.
- Custom services by request.
