Day of Setup Services:
If all the planning is done, the flowers have been ordered and you’ve decided on menu, décor and linen choice, now you just need someone come in and set things up. Don’t worry. We can do it. Go get your nails done, book that last minute massage or take a nap while we get the Partini started right.
You may choose your services from the list. If what you need is not on the menu, don’t worry. We are sure we can make it happen.
For events with more than 30 guests, day of setup services are as follows:
Each additional service added to base package is $100.
Starting price includes up to Two (2) hours. Additional hours $50 per hour.
*For larger parties, estimates are based on size and complexity of your event.
*Package starts at $150 per hour with three hour minimum.*
Send us a request with details on your event and needs and one of our consultants will contact you regarding your package.
- Receive and over-see deliveries and setup.
- Setup your décor, flowers, place cards, favors etc.
- Review timeline with caterer.
- Communicate any challenges with host/hostess.
- Ensure that setup is completed on time and as per your directions.
